Had a totally "no fuss" experience with Pierre. He made sure that any issues were resolved before they came to me with questions, and the few questions that did come my way were very easily resolved.

We first worked with Pierre with a new home loan to purchase our house. Financing is a very daunting process for many of us. He put us at ease right away answering our many questions while assessing our income and financial shape. He also helped navigate us through some challenges that we thought would halt the process, but always had a great solution. I have worked with Pierre twice...once when I bought my home four years ago and again when I refinanced. Pierre is one of those people who can make you feel like you are his only customer when in reality, he is probably taking care of dozens of deals at the same time. He never let me miss a deadline and was always trying to make the process as simple as possible. When he knew I was looking to refinance, he regularly kept in touch with me with rate updates. I would recommend Pierre to all of my friends and family!

We have worked with Pierre on two occasions. The first was to purchase our house and the second was to refinance three years later. In both instances, Pierre's advice, responsiveness and help were exceptional. Through his efforts, we were able to lock in the lowest rate anywhere (and we shopped around)!! The paperwork is arduous and cumbersome but Pierre works closely with you to get everything in order. The loan process is a painful one but Pierre's help and advice made all the difference. Pierre provided a servicde that assisted me and my wife to get a great rate with little hassle.We closed at a title company Pierre set up close to our home and accommodating to my schedule. The closing went well; Pierre attended and answered questions we had during the closing.

Pierre is the consummate professional. He helped me get into my condo in Mill Valley and even helped refinance it in the first 18 months to help get rid of the mortgage insurance and lower my mortgage by 15%.
