I moved last month and I truely say its was a great experience. Rent is only $665 Amazing, I wasn’t expecting the home to as beautiful as it was.Pineview has changed from when I use to know it Lady in Office really pretty great smile their is only two pets allowed which is crazy but other then that neighborhood is getting better
MS. Tracey is awesome. Very helpful and respectful. This community has changed a lot since she had been managing. Keep up the great work and appearance. She make the residents feel safe but the community needs cameras.
HORRIBLE PLACE I EVER LIVED THEY LITERALLY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AN ACT LIKE SOMEONE ELSE TAKE IT THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING MY DOOR HAS BEEN DAMAGE OVER 6 MONTHS AN IT STILL ISNT FIX THE TRAILER PARK LOOKS SOOOO DIRTY AN RUN DOWN THE NEW LEASING AGENT IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE ONLY WHEN RENT IS DUE THEY OWES SOOOO MANY COMPANY MONEY TILL THEY HAD TO CHANGE THERE NAME ITS NOT PINEVIEW ANY MORE I WISH THEY NEVER MAKE ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THAT PIECE OF TRASH EVER AGAIN
Came here the other day for a tour and told myself that I have to leave a review for the Manager Tracy!! She was nothing short of amazing answered all of my questions and most importantly she didn’t pressure me! I’ve also spoke with a few of the residents and they said they love her and that she has changed the park tremendously since she’d been managing! I am so looking forward to moving in!!
I recently visited this park for a tour with the manager Tracy and it was literally one of the best tour experiences I’ve had in months. Me and my family have had issues with poor management in the past which is one of our reasons for relocating but when we met with her for our tour we were immediately sold.
