A Nice Option I am very happy I decided to rent here. The apartment is a nice size and has a good layout. The rent is comparable, and even cheaper than some smaller units I toured at other places. The process from application to lease ran fairly smoothly. Dakota is a rockstar. I enjoyed her friendly, demeanor and knowledgeable professionalism. I had a few hiccups once I got into the apartment, but the staff has been quick to resolve them. I greatly appreciate that.

Loved It I stayed over there when it was Center West Villas (I think that’s the old name) and I wish I would have remained right there because I loved living in this complex!
Quiet I wasn’t expecting the property be so quiet with it being near Washington RD but i was definitely wrong. The property is also clean and well maintained.
Comfy The apartments are super spacious and you have a lot of room. My property is always clean and it’s definitely quiet

Love my apartment I absolutely love my apartment. Maintenance and staff are super friendly especially when you have an issue maintenance gets it fixed quickly.

Relocating made easy I moved to Georgia due to PCSing and the staff made the transition super easy. Any question I had someone was there with a solution. I would recommended the community who are looking for a new home
Center West Villas The apartments are a nice size and clean. Located really close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking available. The only issue is there are no security cameras in parking lot areas and I have had two incidents involving my car.
hangs up the phone Wanted to inquire about a specific floor plan and I called the office. I didn’t even get to speak to anyone before they hung up on me. Bad sign. Decided to stay away.
