I am sooooo glad I found Pink Dolphin Pool Care to install my new Pentair pool pump. I called Steve yesterday and he came out to my house the same day. This morning Mike did the installation. They were both very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Came home today to find pieces of our pool equipment disassembled and thrown around the yard. You sent an email stating “broken piece needs to be replaced”. We cannot get an answer or returned call from you, no reply to our email concern, no eta or next steps. We’ve been your customer for almost 3 years. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this level of neglect nor lack of customer service. So disappointing to pay for care only to have this lack of quality and customer consideration.
