They lie and deceive people. It as my first pool and the pool technician gave false claims and false descriptions of my pool care and condition. The lady I spoke to "ASH" said I don't need any care in the colder months and now the pool needs to be drained and cleaned properly and refilled. I would not recommend them look else here.

Had a repair done this week, debris was left behind, old broken concrete slab from under the system still laying against my fence near the filter, lid to the timer won’t shut because it was placed too close to the tank, clear plastic lid is stripped and doesn’t stay shut, thus letting air in, filter hasn’t run for a couple of days now and the pool is filthy. My mother had spent a whole day picking out a rail for our pool and going back-and-forth with an employee on a price. She was supposed to get a phone call the next day and nobody returned her call. Both her and I called multiple times and left messages. To this day, nobody has ever called us back. Very disappointed in this pool company!
I currently have full service pool care with Pink Dolphin. After weeks of run around my service man did not show up. My pool is currently out of chlorine, cloudy, and turning green. I can’t get ahold of anyone at pink dolphin. I have called left messages and emails and no one will answer or return my calls.
