Bernie was an amazing tech. When providing a quote he quickly assessed the situation, took into account the materials I already had, and provided a detailed explanation of charges. On install he provided quick, adept service while keeping in the loop on his process and sharing some of his vast knowledge for my own self sufficiency and upkeep. He was even kind and patient with my nosy cats!

We had several small extra and plumbing jobs on our punchlist and they were completed with knowledge and efficiency. I was kept aware of the progress throughout the job and was walked through the completed repairs to check for satisfaction. ** even spent a few extra minutes rehanging a fixture he had just replaced when we decided it was just a little two low above our table. Very positive experience from start to finish!

Excellent work by **! He was meticulous and careful and the cleanup looked better than when he started! I wasnt planning on replacing the entire window, just the trim, but when he got them out and showed me the amount of water damage Im so glad I took his advice. The man knows his stuff, no doubt about that. Thanks so much.

Called Pink Rose for some repairs and work on my house before listing. Got an appt quickly and then after estimate the time frame was quick to get the job done. John had his whole day mapped out and got it all done in good time. Replaced two hallway lights, repaired 3 holes in my bathroom ceiling, installed closet doors in two closets, and repaired damage to two of my windows that were chewed (parrot and puppy???????). I needed help with replacing the weatherstripping on the garage door, and I received the best service and professional attention from Pink Rose. T.J answered all of my questions and concerns, with courtesy and respectfully. I did not feel as if I wasting his time, and he did not make feel feel like this work was beneath him (which I sometimes get from contractors at other businesses).
