This was the second time that we used Pink Rose for a project. Our service expert John C once again did a terrific job. On his first visit he professionally put a tower washer dryer unit in our bedroom closet. He did all the electrical, plumbing and carpentry and everything works great ! We are getting older and having the laundry on the first floor is wonderful. On this visit he trimmed out the closet and installed a barn door. We had contracted with ****’s to re-do a Bathroom floor. After almost two month of delay, unansered questions,and no follow up on missing supplies,(which we never received,and turned out unnecessary) We decided to find a new contractor. I liked the way they did things. This is the first time I worked with them so I was impressed with how everything was explained during the preliminary visit as well as how the contract for the work needed to be done was written out in detail with descriptions & all costs specified.
