First time home repair service with Pink Rose. I was very impressed with the professionalism. Carpentry work done was exceptional, TJ was (is) very knowledgeable, polite, answered questions, explained details about his approach to the repair needed; he was very respectful to home owners and to the property. The handyman contacted me as promised and arrived when he said he would. He replaced a ceiling light and fan fixture. He removed all debris including the old fixture. Then he cleaned up the work area. Finally, he asked me to inspect the installation to insure everything worked as I expected.
**** did a great job. Got everything done nicely and even did a couple of extra things for me. Would recommend this company.
***** showed up right on time. Needed an electric outlets repaired and wooden doors adjusted so they will close easily.. He was very honest and forthright about what was possible and what he suggested. When I asked for some suggestions for childproofing, he was very good. His quote was accurate. He completed the work in timely manner, he was friendly, and respectful and was very neat.
Great company, great experience. Excellent service from the office staff to my handyman TJ. Will definitely use Pink Rose again
Exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism throughout my stairs renovation. I received the perfect amount of reminder notifications- not excessive, but enough to be helpful. My contractor was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the process. He explained all of my possible options and did so in a manner that was simple to understand without being patronizing to a person with limited knowledge in that area of expertise. **** did our bathroom remodel. He was great. Very thorough, professional, always on time and attentive to our questions along the way. Always left the area where he was working very neat and clean every night. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants a bathroom remodeled.
