We were not pleased with a front door installation but when I emailed photos, within minutes, they called to schedule someone to make it right. I was so relieved to see they had such excellent customer service! Anyway, they sent another carpenter, Petro, to completely re-do the job and it came out excellent! We are very pleased now. I would give Pink Rose 5 stars had it been done correctly the first time. The carpenter from Pink Rose did an excellent repair job on my porch. I had a lot of rot on the sills and frames on the back wall and windows of my porch. John took everything apart exposing all the rot and then carefully rebuilt it making sure that this time it was all water tight. I was very impressed with his skills and how careful he was to make sure that the repair looked exactly like what he had taken down. John was neat, careful and did an excellent job. Mark was a fantastic carpenter and went above and beyond! He was very professional, punctual, neat, and meticulous with his work. He removed a window and framed a sliding glass door and then built a staircase out to our deck in 3 days. We are highly satisfied with this work and would definitely recommend!

I've used Pink Rose for about a year now. You don't pay until the job is completed to customer's satisfaction. I've worked with Lee and Petro. Highly recommend Pink Rose because they are accomodative, professional and skilled at what they do.

Every contractor should be this good! Very thorough explanation of what they can do and cannot do, and I got the feeling the worker was working with me to solve the problem I had which was a little out of the ordinary. The job was done the next day after signing a contract -by the same guy who wrote the contract. I am looking around to see what other jobs I can have Pink Rose do.
