Staff was awesome, especially Chirsty. Being a new patient sometimes I would have to waits months to get an appointment, but I got a call on Tuesday and appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. The place was clean and the Dermatologist listened to my input which was also a plus.

I felt confident in the way staff, Maddie, was explaining everything that was going to happen in easy to understand . It made me feel relaxed . Dr Jung was professional and personal and also had me feeling relaxed and I knew I was in capable hands. Everything went smoothly and painless. Thank God and Dr. and staff at Pinnacle .
