Dr. Rupert is always in a rush the minute she enters the exam room. Each visit I have had, she finishes the visit by opening the door part way through as if I'm not valued enough to ensure she has answered questions and that I understand her recommendations. Nothing was given to me in writing. I had to remind assistant about a prescription for cream the doctor mentioned. I also had to call office later when I remembered there was an otc pill she recommended but didn't write it down.

Dr. Hayes had a full schedule then received a call about 2 hours later that he had made room for me to come in. Needless to say I came right over, that's why I always ask for Dr. Hayes he diagnosed the problem called in 2 prescriptions and had them in my possession to start treatment in less than 30 minutes.
