Very pleasant staff...Dr was very kind and me being indisposed in front of folks I don't know they were very professional I'd recommend Dr.Gantt to anyone

Dr. Jean-Baptiste is kind and patient. She answers questions thoroughly and is familiar with how to treat a range of skin colors, which I greatly appreciate. I was a bit frustrated that I had to wait an hour - coming in M-F means I am on the clock. I am grateful I have an understanding boss. I also was surprised that the nurse stayed in the room with me as I was getting dressed to leave and didn't seem inclined to allow me to dress in private. I felt pressured to just be OK with it. The office was friendly from the start. My appointment was with Carrie and she was wonderful. She knew immediately what was causing my problem and explained her plan. I did have a lengthy wait before being seen but seeing Carrie made up for it.
