Dr. Rupert is always in a rush the minute she enters the exam room. Each visit I have had, she finishes the visit by opening the door part way through as if I'm not valued enough to ensure she has answered questions and that I understand her recommendations. Nothing was given to me in writing. I had to remind assistant about a prescription for cream the doctor mentioned. I also had to call office later when I remembered there was an otc pill she recommended but didn't write it down.

Both the PA and assistant were very professional, spent ample time. Paid attention to all of the questions I had. Both were prepared and provided detailed information on any medical issues (spots, etc) I had. Explained what each spot was medically and what procedure was required to neutralize it effectively. Very knowledgeable and caring. You have two wonderful employees, that take pride in their work and are tremendous representatives of your Medical facility.

Dr. Hayes had a full schedule then received a call about 2 hours later that he had made room for me to come in. Needless to say I came right over, that's why I always ask for Dr. Hayes he diagnosed the problem called in 2 prescriptions and had them in my possession to start treatment in less than 30 minutes.
