All the staff at Pinehurst Dermatology are professional and caring but there are those who go above and beyond that threshold. I would like to give extra props to Elena and Lorie. They are so kind and caring while doing their duties with the upmost professionalism. When people ask me where I go for my skin cancer care, I rave about this practice. I don't think I've ever seen an institution run with such proficiency and care.

Everyone was pleasant. Everyone was kind. Doctor Hetz was quick to the point. Asked questions and explained what he was looking at. Gave me pamphlet to look at for more info and name of other skin problem to look up more info. Was very pleased with service I received.
