Doctor was rushed. I did not feel listened to about persistent rashes. Doctor prescribed a lotion, did not tell me what it was or how to use. Lotion called in to wrong pharmacy. I researched lotion. Lotion does not addresss non-scalp rashes so I declined it. Also Doctor used NO2 on face, no aftercare instructions provided, got them online.

I did not appreciate the receptionist discussing my finances where everybody can hear That was rude of her to tell me I had a bill balance in front of everyone!
I felt like I was cattleI, I got branded and I was out. Before they looked at me, she was already diagnosing me when she opened the door. I was like what, what's going on and before I knew it she was out. I thought it would be more thorough then that.

The incompetence of this office staff is unbelievable. Appointment was at 8am. Doors not unlocked until 8:07. The medical assistant is confirming our preferred pharmacy, states the incorrect one, makes adjustment to chart, then says, "sorry, I'm on the wrong patients chart. My son needed bloodwork and she gives me another patients lab orders. Our appointment was at 8am, they said they would call in my son's prescription. If it was possible to give a zero star I would. I was seen for an extreme case of eczema on my hands and foot that's been going on for over 8 years. "Doc" looked at it and said "I've never seen anything like this" (which made me feel great *insert sarcasm*). Gave me scripts and told me to use CeraVe lotion. A month went by, no improvement. I went in for my follow up. This was the WORST visit I have ever had in my 10+ years going here. The new office staff was rude and Kelly Rankin cut my appointment short because she "had to get her kids picked up." How is that my problem? I will only go back because Teryn Honneycutt is amazing!

I have NEVER had a worse experience with billing in my life , they overcharged $30 and it’s been a year trying to resolve it , Dr.Sickels was great, but because of there billing my family would never go back !!! Steve

They canceled my visit after I confirmed my appointment. Had a lot of problems changing my schedule to meet their schedule. I even called in the morning of the visit. Person at the desk said their scheduling system has problems.
