My mother is 80 years old. She has received multiple invoices from Pinnacle Dermatology beginning fifteen months after the date of service. She called twice to clarify/dispute the bill, but Pinnacle refused to respond. I am a licensed Illinois attorney. I sent two letters demanding an explanation and requesting that Pinnacle stop sending these invoices to my mother.
