Because of the present situation. I was a little apprehensive, especially since it was my first visit. Everything was taken care of for everyone's safety . I liked the Dr., and was very comfortable with the whole visit.

My experience was fine. I did not see Dr. Barkey or Heidi whom I’ve been treated by for years. I was taken aback due to my expectation and appointment was made to see Heidi. The receptionist who checked me out stated she wished she had a temperature because if she did she would be sent home due to covid. I thought that was inappropriate and unprofessional. Since pinnacle took over the office experience is different .... in not a positive way.
