My visit to Pinnacle was an exceptionally positive experience. Staff were knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and professional.
I was in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly. The provider was very thorough and knowledgeable and I felt well cared for. I have already recommended this office to several people.
PA Kim, Deanna and the receptionist were awesome. They treated me with respect and dignity

The staff was marvelous! Everyone in the office was friendly, accommodating, and professional.The facility was magnificent with a warm aura. All of the attending staff were assuring in my treatment plan. Staff listened, giving me time to express my opinions and ask questions.I have resided in this area all of my life, and would recommend this practice for all ages for any dermatological need. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The PA Kim was so knowledgeable and listened to my skin and hair issues and offered advice, encouragement and medication for each issue that I had. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . The Medical Assistant was super friendly, sweet and helpful. I was very happy with the outcome of my appointment and the one in one care. Awesome Service.
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and the attention to detail. My provider and assistant were both very attentive and informative. I felt very heard, seen, and validated in my concerns . I would 100% recommend this practice !
It was a great appointment! Kim was so patient, knowledgeable and understanding. She explained things thoroughly, and ensured I left with no questions or concerns. She talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her medical assistant was just as incredible! She was also very kind and patient. I had a great experience.
