My experience with the practice and staff was a refreshing change from my experience at 2 other clinics in Greenville over the past 5 years. Would give 10 Stars if I could!!! I was able to schedule the appointment in a few minutes online, great communication confirming the appointment and prior to my visit. The staff was friendly and efficient, I was seeing my provider within 20 minutes of arriving. I was so excited to see this practice open. Scheduling was easy, staff were really nice and my provider was outstanding! I was called back quickly and out of the office in 20 minutes. My visit didn’t feel rushed at all though, my concerns were well addressed and I left with a care plan that I understand. Great experience.

The staff at Pinnacle Dermatology were very informative and very polite . Dr Cowart explain the procedure and the follow up and asked if I had any other questions or concerns . I have already recommended a cpl of people to them and I’m very pleased with them
