I had a great experience at Pinnacle! Staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, and timely. I really appreciated how the PA and Assistant worked so well together. Scheduling was easy and there are appointments available!!! I switched to them because I didn’t have to wait 8 months to be seen. I highly recommend!

The office itself is comfortable and inviting. The staff is friendly and engaging. Everyone I came in contact with was engaging, and took the time to explain. Definitely did not feel rushed, or hurried. I would recommend Kimberly Cowart and the rest of the staff at Pinnacle to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I booked this dermatology appointment on a total whim and honestly didn’t know what to expect — but I’m so glad I did! Great experience here! Recommended 100% over ECU facilities which take 6+ months to get in. Doctor & her assistant were wonderful! Room was very clean and comfortable & there was no wait at all to be seen.
