Easy to schedule an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The wait time was short. The provider and other staff members were friendly, thorough and informative. I learned things about my skin I didn’t know and this is very helpful. Checkout was easy. Overall, a very smooth and easy experience. It’s awesome to have a new option in town!

Very efficient office, no waiting :30 mins in the waiting area and no waiting in the exam room . Every one was polite and acted like they care about the patients.

Making the appointment online, checking in with the front desk staff, quickly being seen and the experience with the nurse and dr were EXCELLENT! Very informative, super nice, extremely helpful. The best experience I’ve ever had at any medical office.

We had a great experience at the dermatology office for my son. The visit was very thorough, and the provider really listened to our concerns. They were patient, attentive, and made my son feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We appreciated the time taken to explain everything clearly and never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

The staff was very cordial and welcoming. Dr Cowart and her medical assistant were great. I had biopsy on my toe. The assistant prepared me that the injection may be a bit uncomfortable. The entire visit went very well. I will continue as a patient at Pinnacle Dermatology.
