The staff treats you with courtesy the girl who took my information was very nice and the doctor very thorough in the exam. They make you feel very comfortable when your there would definitely recommend you.

The front desk staff is very good. I have a serious problem with my skin allergy I asked my friends and family how to get rid of itchiness and the inflammation and rashes I buy cream and ointment hoping it will work for my skin allergy but it doesn't help instead it made it worst I can't sleep the whole night because of too much itchiness. Finally I decided to see a Doctor in short the Doctor give me a prescription and I start taking it by mouth as directed and apply cream as directed by the Doctor it helps for a couple of d... read more

Amazing experience all around!! The staff is super sweet and accommodating. Dr. Mendez is such a kind spirit and his genuine care for his patients is extremely noticeable. I love these guys and they took Excellent care of me!! I would highly recommend them! Oh, and my boobs look AMAZING!! Hands down, they were worth every penny and I'd do it all over again. :)

I had a 930 appointment and was not called until after 10. The person who took care of me was very good. I would give him 5 stars but was not happy about the wait.

Dr. Rios removed a precancerous mole. I've been with Pinnacle for years. I would be on my deathbed if it weren't for the whole team. I hold the entire team in highest regard!
