Got there 30 minutes early for.appointment and waited over 30 minutes past appointment time at 1: 40. Usually we get right in. I went to the front seat to see how much longer we had to wait and she looked on her check-in time on the computer and had failed to copy our papers to the office nurse so.we could.be seen. Receptionist stated we will be next to see Dr. Day. We have never had to wait that long past our appointment time.
When was drawing blood the needle was in my arm the blood was running down my arm instead of the blood tube I don't think this is right
Next time take suggestions from the patient in what worked in the past. Steroid booster shot with antibiotics and I probably would not still be in bed waiting on these antibiotics to kick in!!!!
Women front desk loud catty lack professionalism, make you feel their judging Not a good experience at all

Waited 5 minutes & was taken back... Doctor came in 3 minutes later, I was treated & out in less than 30 minutes... cant beat that service !
I was given some steroid shots & think one was too close to temple area. I experienced jaw pain afterward yesterday & today.
Service when you walk in the door is terrible. Front desk people are not friendly and it takes way too long to check in. They sit back there and chat while people wait to check in. The doctors are great but the staff up front need some lessons in efficiency and manners
