The appointment was totally rushed! The nurse was told what medications were being called in for me...not me. And when I tried to ask questions I was basically ignored by the doctor. I even had to ask the doctor what she was doing due to my issue being on my back and I couldn’t see anything... it wasn’t until I asked that she finally told me. Until I got to Dr. Pardue, your new people did not know what they were doing. When I approached your check- in personnel, I was told that I did not have an appointment, which I did. When they finally discovered that I had an appointment, I checked in and made my co-pay. Finally, after checking In and a long wait, I was called back to the front desk and asked for co-pay again and I suppose check-in again. Check-in personnel people had no welcoming personality. Everything was smooth except for the check in process and front staff individuals. The staff checking me in were rude and paper work was repetitive. Very frustrating and a terrible way to start the visit.

Waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Went for PRP injection and was not able to get enough blood after 4 sticks.

I have been going to Belle Meade Dermatology for many years. The doctors and nurses there are first rate and that is why I keep going back. The conversion to Pinnacle is just short of a disaster. You couldn't even transfer my insurance information which, speaking as an IT professional, is a trivial task. I will continue to go back unless you lose your excellent staff, but if I don't receive excellent care and service at all levels I will take my body and my money elsewhere since I do not tolerate incompetence.

Very bureaucratic, so much paper / forms to deal with. As regular patient I had an account established. Long time to wait in line to sign in and even more to see doctor. No longer a pleasant experience at this practice. And I had to call 5 times one day to try to get appr, 2nd day even more busy phones. Waited til next wk to speak to anyone. Staff were frustrated. Considering other practices.
