My technician is efficient, professional, and friendly. I’ve been a customer for several years and especially appreciate the “urgent” visits outside of my quartely subscription. Norway rats love tunneling in my yard, one call near closing time Monday and Andre was here on Tuesday. The price has increased a few dollars, but not enough to risk ending the protection Pinnacle provides. I recommend their service.
