All in all I'd totally recommend them. I called Pinnacle Pest Control, Inc with a rodent problem. They came out the same day. They were very willing to accommodate my urgency. The technician was very friendly.
Did a great job. The guy from Pinnacle Pest Control, Inc. was super efficient and super nice. He recently came to the house and did a great job.
It was a pretty pleasurable experience. I had a guy come out and spray for ants. He was nice and took the time to walk through what he was going to do. I had another gentleman come out and do a termite inspection. He was very polite and well mannered also, and took around hour to talk to me about all different options and processes.
Exceptional Service! We had a bee's nest 30 feet up in a tree and several of the bees were in a pile on the ground in our yard. Excellent. Asked us questions; it wasn't just one-sided. It was wonderful. Pinnacle Pest Control was great. I had a guy from another company before who I would never talk to. This guy called the day before he came, which was wonderful. I like that. What stood out was how they want to keep your house clean on the inside. They were really nice and very caring.
