Pros: Great value, you would have a hard time buying the materials at the cost they built it for? 24 x 40 garage, 10ft ceiling for $17000 Cons: Building Crew, which was a sub contractor, had several workmanship issues. Missing scews, intrance door, and framing around windows sub standard. (MY OPINION)They also didn't clean up very well. Left screws on the ground all over the place. All crews did a good job. The only issue was the framing crew held the one corner of the building high instead of going to the ground which meant my stone base for the concrete floor was like 8”. The pad was level so not sure why that happened. I had to order 10 ton more stones.
This. company is very professional and do what they say. Highly recommend them for your garage or building services. We went with a 30x40 garage with two 8x16 doors in the front, and one 8x9 door and one man door and three windows on the back side. We get compliments from neighbors and people passing by everyday. It's one gorgeous looking garage.

Professional handling from sales to build. One area of concern is the education on concrete issues that most folks are not familiar with. Spend a little more and get a solid base. Real pleased with the 40 x 50 I had built.

We love our pole barn , Pioneer had our 30x32 pole barn up in one day. It was amazing to watch them work. The building is perfect. We are so glad we went with Pioneer. From the start to the end it was a smooth process. Great job pioneer.

Building turned out nice. The garage door color doesn’t match siding and they didn’t see this as a big deal. They also subbed out building to another pole barn builder so it’s not really their work. Lanco buildings did a good job.
They were here when they said they be here . The crew was great .They worked clean and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the market for a pole barn
