It was easy to talk to someone...calls were always returned promptly and notifications were made for weather related schedule changes. Everyone was friendly, from the delivery to the post inspection. We would definitely do another building with PPB.

From time of signing to time of building erection 22 weeks very organized professional they made contact and continually updated on progress my building was 24 x 28 two guys came in spent an hour setting 15 poles then came back a few days later put up the whole building with five guys in four hours cleaned up the jobsite very impressed currently waiting for contact on the garage door install.
Quality and price was great . My only complaint would be that the contact is very one sided with no guarantee on a start or completion date . I have been a self employed mason contractor for over 30 years and have never been paid over 90% before I start a job . I would certainly use pioneer again if they would agree on a guaranteed completion date that was reasonable.
