Planet Duct was recommended by my HOA to clean my dryer vent that exits through the roof. The techs were on time and were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They removed 17 years of lint buildup and shortened my transition hose saving me money by not having to purchase a new one. Their rate is extremely reasonable.

Planet Duct was a good find as I searched for a company to clean my dryer vent that exits through the roof. The web site explains well what to expect; the techs were on time on a very cold day; they had to return later, waiting for snow to melt from the roof. They removed 14 years of lint buildup which had resulted in condensation in the transition hose. We decided to replace that hose with a shorter, sturdier one. The techs were on time. They were friendly and courteous and easy to get along with. They found a Diet Pepsi can from **** that a previous crew had missed. They also recovered some vacuum attachments that we had lost in the ducts years ago. I would definitely use them again!
The technicians were on time and very friendly. They did a great job explaining what they were doing. They showed before and after pictures of the duct. They did find one problem that they didnt fix (not their specialty) and gave us a referral for a couple of companies who can fix it.
The techs were professional and thorough. They explained the process every step of the way and it took longer than expected probably because my new to me home has a crawl space, and lots of deferred maintenance. Did not charge extra for the extra time and I have peace of mind knowing they were cleaned and sanitized.
