The techs were on time. They were friendly and courteous and easy to get along with. They found a Diet Pepsi can from **** that a previous crew had missed. They also recovered some vacuum attachments that we had lost in the ducts years ago. I would definitely use them again!
The technicians were on time and very friendly. They did a great job explaining what they were doing. They showed before and after pictures of the duct. They did find one problem that they didnt fix (not their specialty) and gave us a referral for a couple of companies who can fix it.
The techs were professional and thorough. They explained the process every step of the way and it took longer than expected probably because my new to me home has a crawl space, and lots of deferred maintenance. Did not charge extra for the extra time and I have peace of mind knowing they were cleaned and sanitized.
The techs were on time and very friendly. I wanted them to clean my dryer ducts. They explained what they were going to do and got it done in a timely manner. They showed me before and after pictures which were unbelievable. They recommended I have this done every year which I will do faithfully.
They arrived on time an were courteous. Answered all my questions regarding what they are doing inside the house. They even gave me discount without me asking because they saw my pictures (veterans) that I served in the Army. They said it will take 4 hours but I don't mind the extra time because both guys were constantly working and did not cut corners. Took a pictures of all my vents before the work begun and after and showed me the difference.
Two young men did my duct cleaning, **** and ***. They were well-groomed, polite, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend. Allergies have already abated for me and my dogs.

Great service with Planet Duct. The techs very respectful and answered any questions I had. Did not rush and did a thorough job. We lived in this house since 2011, recently purchased from landlord in 2019. I don't believe the ducts were ever cleaned out since **** Build date. Both my wife and I work from home, definitely makes a difference. Also, the dryer doubled the airflow in the vent and works better now. Thanks Again.
The Planet Duct guys were on-time, courteous, and thorough in dryer vent cleaning. ************ and ****** probed an issue and found the problem, remediating it immediately. My dryer works great.
