Best customer service experience I have had in years. The crew who came to my home to clean my dryer vent were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took great care to protect my carpet and dryer. They thoroughly explained all that they would be doing and showed me before and after photos that totally reinforced the need to have these vents cleaned. Very professional with a great work ethic. The 2 young men who came to our house, worked very hard and methodically to ensure care for our floors and that every vent was cleaned and no trace was left behind. They did a great job and spent about 4.5 hours non stop work. Worth every *****!

Planet Duct was recommended by my HOA to clean my dryer vent that exits through the roof. The techs were on time and were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They removed 17 years of lint buildup and shortened my transition hose saving me money by not having to purchase a new one. Their rate is extremely reasonable.
