I have been a patient with Plastic & Hand for about a year for reconstruction after a double mastectomy. My surgeon was J. Scott Persing and it has been a complete nightmare of an experience, culminating in him making multiple erroneous breast cancer diagnoses in my medical records around my second surgery. I would never recommend Plastic & Hamd! it's all about the money. Justin Zelones was my surgeon and had no clue what he was doing. After having gone through breast cancer and developing an infection with one of my implants, he chose to take both out in the OR and replace them with two different sizes. A 350cc in the cancer (infected breast) and 325cc in the uninflected breast. In addition he cut out the nipple on the uninfected breast.
