I have been a patient with Plastic & Hand for about a year for reconstruction after a double mastectomy. My surgeon was J. Scott Persing and it has been a complete nightmare of an experience, culminating in him making multiple erroneous breast cancer diagnoses in my medical records around my second surgery.
