It took them 4 months to contact me with several different approaches from my side and our Dr. Our Dr put in 2-3 referrals to them with the last one being urgent for my son.. I also contacted them twice within that in that 4 months… finally in January they called…. to only schedule the consult which was going to be 5 months out… but they called and said they had an opening in at the end of March… fast forward to the end of March now….I called them when I got home left a message for them so I could make a payment over the ph... read more

I recently had my earlobes closed surgically by Maddali and they are hideously deformed. I spent 800 dollars to have my ears look worse, I should have never come here. Please do not get any work on your ears done here go and see a professional. He was rude and short with me when I asked about it after the procedure was complete. They made me pay before I even had a consultation with him. I had work done here and two do overs. I was less than happy with the final outcome. I wanted to have the area redone by another Dr in Portland. This Dr was very honest and said he would not feel comfortable doing the work and thought I should visit a Boston surgeon. The Boston Dr felt he could help and he did. I went from feeling deformed to normal again. The Dr said he had a difficult time because there was so little muscle left. All turned out well after spending Boston prices but all was worth it.
