The front desk receptionist was very rude from the minute we walked in. She was not helpful. She was not friendly. She treated us as if we were a nuisance or annoyance. She spent more time laughing while taking a personal phone call or listening to something on her personal device. She made the experience a poor one. Bad first impression.

I was so disappointed after waiting around two hours and the reason I brought my son there to see Medical Doctor and NP did not do anything for my son. I came there to know what’s going on With the elbow and shoulder of my son since He was complaining about the pain but nothing was done or X-rays to find what wrong with His arm . I made an “appointment” and still had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Also the front desk person told me some nonsense about how I didn’t have a copay but she was going to charge me 40 anyway and then it would be refunded? What on earth?? I doubt I will ever return here.

The wait time was too long. There is nothing about the care being urgent here. Waited for 5 hrs to see a doctor. That is very bad.

Understanding that I came in late, I was concerned about the health of my young child and left feeling a bit dismissed when asking about the prescription and how I would be informed whether or not the prescription was sent or filled. Had I not literally stood waiting for the provider to send it at 9:30 last night, I would not have known until I received a message this morning at 10 am that it was sent.
