Every time that I have my little ones sick this is the place to go. They are so caring, the place is nice and clean. All the staff are so nice.

Hi, Karina. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you so much for the review!
I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience during my recent visit to your clinic. First of all, I want to acknowledge that the doctor and nurse who saw my child were excellent — they were professional, kind, and attentive. However, the issue I experienced at the front desk significantly affected my overall impression of the clinic. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, yet another patient who came in after me was allowed to go in first. When I politely raised the issue, the receptionist t... read more

Hi, we’re disappointed and sorry to hear about your experience. At PM Pediatric Urgent Care, our mission is to deliver compassionate, family-centered care, and your feedback is helping us uphold that commitment.
Went to PM Urgent Care for my child who had low fever, headache, and stomach pain. After pain medicine we gave from home the fever went down, but the headache and stomach pain were severe enough to affect sleep and eating, so we went. The nurse practitioner spent barely 3 minutes, brushed it off saying “all kids are like this lately.” I asked if we should test for COVID/flu or check for bacterial infection that might need antibiotics, but was told no — “if it’s COVID or flu there would be a high fever, and since we don’t see ... read more

Hi, we regret that your experience didn’t reflect the level of care we strive to provide. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service, and your input helps us ensure we’re meeting that goal.
Our recent visit was for my son's foot. He had stepped on glass a couple of weeks prior and is still complaining of pain, with swelling, and scarring at the site. The practitioner who saw my son did absolutely nothing and told us, "If we want, we can take him to a podiatrist." Truly a useless waste of our time. I'm following up with our pediatrician today. This wasn't the first disappointing visit we've had at this location, but it definitely will be the last.

I’m consistently charged $35 at this location, even though my insurance states my copay should be $15. I raised this issue last year and was told the difference would be refunded, but I never received it. While the service is generally quick, the ongoing billing problem is frustrating. I hope this gets resolved..

The receptionist wasn’t smile and wasn’t helpful when registering. She did charge on me wrong copay on purpose and didn’t apology to me. I felt I was neglected as a walk-in patient. It was a horrible experience. I neither want to visit again nor recommend here to friends.

I went here yesterday about my child having excessive diarrhea. They told me nothing was wrong and they did little to no examining. They said that his fever nor consistent diarrhea was concerning and sent me home. Today I woke up to my child having a high fever. I took him to the ACTUAL pediatrician and they said he has a pretty bad ear infection. This urgent care was a waste of time and money!! My child could have been on the road to recovery yesterday, but instead I just wasted my time. I do not recommend. If you actually ... read more

The front desk receptionist was very rude from the minute we walked in. She was not helpful. She was not friendly. She treated us as if we were a nuisance or annoyance. She spent more time laughing while taking a personal phone call or listening to something on her personal device. She made the experience a poor one. Bad first impression.
