Our recent visit was for my son's foot. He had stepped on glass a couple of weeks prior and is still complaining of pain, with swelling, and scarring at the site. The practitioner who saw my son did absolutely nothing and told us, "If we want, we can take him to a podiatrist." Truly a useless waste of our time. I'm following up with our pediatrician today. This wasn't the first disappointing visit we've had at this location, but it definitely will be the last.

I’m consistently charged $35 at this location, even though my insurance states my copay should be $15. I raised this issue last year and was told the difference would be refunded, but I never received it. While the service is generally quick, the ongoing billing problem is frustrating. I hope this gets resolved..

The receptionist wasn’t smile and wasn’t helpful when registering. She did charge on me wrong copay on purpose and didn’t apology to me. I felt I was neglected as a walk-in patient. It was a horrible experience. I neither want to visit again nor recommend here to friends.

I went here yesterday about my child having excessive diarrhea. They told me nothing was wrong and they did little to no examining. They said that his fever nor consistent diarrhea was concerning and sent me home. Today I woke up to my child having a high fever. I took him to the ACTUAL pediatrician and they said he has a pretty bad ear infection. This urgent care was a waste of time and money!! My child could have been on the road to recovery yesterday, but instead I just wasted my time. I do not recommend. If you actually ... read more

The front desk receptionist was very rude from the minute we walked in. She was not helpful. She was not friendly. She treated us as if we were a nuisance or annoyance. She spent more time laughing while taking a personal phone call or listening to something on her personal device. She made the experience a poor one. Bad first impression.

I was so disappointed after waiting around two hours and the reason I brought my son there to see Medical Doctor and NP did not do anything for my son. I came there to know what’s going on With the elbow and shoulder of my son since He was complaining about the pain but nothing was done or X-rays to find what wrong with His arm . You simply going to charge my insurance after waisted my two hours for nothing. Also your staff don’t even have name tags to identify themselves and who they are . It’s so dissatisfied and why I ha... read more

I made an “appointment” and still had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Also the front desk person told me some nonsense about how I didn’t have a copay but she was going to charge me 40 anyway and then it would be refunded? What on earth?? I doubt I will ever return here.

The wait time was too long. There is nothing about the care being urgent here. Waited for 5 hrs to see a doctor. That is very bad.

Understanding that I came in late, I was concerned about the health of my young child and left feeling a bit dismissed when asking about the prescription and how I would be informed whether or not the prescription was sent or filled. Had I not literally stood waiting for the provider to send it at 9:30 last night, I would not have known until I received a message this morning at 10 am that it was sent. I picked up the prescription early this morning several hours before I received a notification. My daughter Matilda woke up ... read more
