Excellent experience at PM Pediatric Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring, and we were seen quickly. The provider was thorough, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

The doctor was fantastic, the facility was very clean, front desk staff professional, but the nurse had an awful bedside manner. She lacked compassion or empathy for my very scared child during the finger prick and nasal swab. She was cold, unprofessional, and could have cared less that my child was visibly upset and in pain from her tests. I will not be returning here due to the nurse. It’s a shame because the doctor was great.

I had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Urgent Care. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment we walked in. They made my child feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease as a parent. The facility was clean, organized, and the wait time was very reasonable. The doctor and nurses were very attentive and thorough, making sure all of our concerns were addressed before we left.
