I had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Urgent Care. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment we walked in. They made my child feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease as a parent. This wasn’t our first visit at this office, we’ve been here several times over the past year or two and have consistently had positive experiences. In the past, we saw the same male doctor, and this time we were seen by a female doctor who was equally kind, attentive, and understanding. She was extremely quick to send medication to the pharmacy for my daughter who had strep, which we truly appreciated. I always take my kids here and I always have a good experience. The front desk staff is kind and the nurses and doctors are really great. They always make sure you understand everything. The wait time is not really long. I definitely recommend this urgent care.
