Wel, l firttable when you arrive at the location is for emergency, the lady at the front is worried about the time, it was around 8:20 pm and she said the office will be closed at 10:00 PM , and also if I have appointment, I told her that for emergency is no supposed to have an appointment. According with my experience it was not good.

This place is fantastic. I've never had to wait very long to be seen, and the staff is always kind and helpful. I've brought both my children here many times, but today stood out from the rest. My daughter was extremely stressed and upset about having to go to the doctor. The two nurses that came in were so kind and gentle with my daughter and brought her stickers and a little toy to make her happy. I had an appointment and was taken in about 15 minutes laters, we were left in a room for over 45 minutes and was asked to do a virtual call. After the called was done nobody came In to check us out. While i understand there were some Other patients we were there with an appointment made online. If you are running late you should update the information also note that when we check in no one told us they were running over 1 1/2 late .
For existing patients, sign up process can be made simpler instead of making them go through entire paperwork

We went visited here on Saturday as my 8 yr son is having fevers and dry cough. He was not tested for the flu or Covid. We only received an inhaler which is doing nothing for us. Pls note, he doesn’t have asthma and never has. I’m now having to take to him to his doctor to get a full exam and tested.

My son was swabbed for Flu, RSV, Covid. Given a diagnosis of Flu without any results & was told we would find out the results in 24 hours. I have been calling for 74 hours straight. The office keeps blowing me off and saying they will call me with the results, meanwhile my son is coughing nonstop and still has a low grade fever. I am beyond frustrated because we still haven’t confirmed if he has a virus or bacterial infection. He may have needed antibiotics for the past 3 days.

to keep a four year old waiting almost TWO HOURS past their appt time is completely unacceptable.
