The Saturday before Easter, my daughter presented with flu like symptoms. Cough, sore, throat, congestion, shortness of breath, feeling weak. The office only tested for Strep A & B. We were sent home with a diagnosis of allergies and told to take over the counter meds. She did not improve, we followed up with our doctor on Monday, who tested for Covid, Flu & RSV in the office. No issue with the service from doctors.problem is the wait time after blocking the appointment I end up waiting for more than 2 hours before we were allowed to meet the doctor.last time I went there without appointment I end up waiting for 5 hours(no concern ) This time with appointment it delayed like anything
