Lack of patient and professional attention with my son. Do not recommend to anyone with a child with a high fever to visit the place and the doctor. Very dissatisfied.

As a physician I am appalled at the incompetence and complete lack of knowledge and common sense of the “provider” (pA) that saw my child. She was clueless and arrogant, and despite me indicating g correct treatment method and showing her medical evidence based treatment indicated, in her arrogant and obnoxious way she still wrote for wrong antibiotics. The doctors who work there are always very kind - but you need double if not triple of the amount of staff. I got there with the ONE receptionist out to lunch with a long line of sick kids building up. The doctor who was on call was alone running to every patient. He needed another doctor there. The check in process is also tedious and painful - especially if you are very worried about your kid. The computer also never seems to remember me and then logging in to get test results is AWFUL. I usually have a good experience at PM Pediatrician Urgent Care, but this visit was disappointing. I came in around 8 p.m. with my sick child, and unfortunately, the front desk staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. When I asked how to check in, she simply pointed at the barcode without any explanation. When I asked about the wait time, she said “one to two hours” in a very dismissive tone. I was very disappointed this time because the doctor has a lack of knowledge about the sickness of my daughter and zero professional in attendance the diagnosis, instead she ask me to hold the light behind her back because she was trying to clean the ear of my daughter inclusive she ask me 2 or 3 times to help her holding the light behind of her. Was very awkward situation for the position of hers and never ask help to any nurse of the clinic.

I usually have a good experience at this office however today’s visit 2/23 was not the best. The provider was very short and dismissive. Didn’t really feel the care was there. Didn’t truly examine my son, tried to listen to his lungs but then said she couldn’t because he kept coughing. Then stated still pneumonia based on the cough. Didn’t show concern that he broke out in a rash after taking amoxicillin given by a different provider on Thursday.
