I usually have a good experience at PM Pediatrician Urgent Care, but this visit was disappointing. I came in around 8 p.m. with my sick child, and unfortunately, the front desk staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. When I asked how to check in, she simply pointed at the barcode without any explanation. When I asked about the wait time, she said “one to two hours” in a very dismissive tone. I was very disappointed this time because the doctor has a lack of knowledge about the sickness of my daughter and zero professional in attendance the diagnosis, instead she ask me to hold the light behind her back because she was trying to clean the ear of my daughter inclusive she ask me 2 or 3 times to help her holding the light behind of her. Was very awkward situation for the position of hers and never ask help to any nurse of the clinic.

I usually have a good experience at this office however today’s visit 2/23 was not the best. The provider was very short and dismissive. Didn’t really feel the care was there. Didn’t truly examine my son, tried to listen to his lungs but then said she couldn’t because he kept coughing. Then stated still pneumonia based on the cough. I actually appreciated that I can book online and I had no issues with the care and service at the time of our visit. However, it took almost two days to receive labs for my son. I called multiple times to connect with a doctor to understand what changed from the time of visit to post labs. The doctor that called me was behind unprofessional. Waited for 50 minutes even with an appointment. I couldn’t wait anymore. Went to Eder urgent care and they got her in within 15 minutes.

Unfortunately our experience hasn’t been consistent at this facility. They are times when the doctors and nurses are extremely kind and they are times in which the doctors / nurses can be unkind and inconsiderate. Our experience specially has been bad with a new nurse that they’ve hired. She’s not pleasant at all. I have been here 3 times now out of pure convenience and each visit was not good, but this was the last time I will be coming. I had an appointment for my son, and he got called in to a room maybe 10 minutes later. Which is perfectly fine, but there was nobody there waiting. In the room, we waited another half hour before I left to ask reception what was going on. I noticed all the rooms were empty and everyone working was just chit chatting.
