PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injurie... read more

Have gone twice and I had very good experiences, both times the visits were quick and felt satisfied with the service provided.
The facility was very clean. -Receptionist was polite, helpful and quick. -No wait time. - med tech made the decision to swab for Covid and flu without clinical consultation which was a red flag and concerning. No symptoms except cough -clinician was thorough, explained everything and was kind and considerate towards my child
Provider didn’t listen nor explain why patient didn’t get any test and said that this facility in Woburn doesn’t do have/do x-rays. Another family member had x-rays done there. Patient has asthma and has been sick for a while. This visit was just a waste of time.
Dr was very attentive and listened very carefully
The nurse was extremely good however the doctor was not. She did not listen to me and gave me an inhaler which I’m not using it just for a cough.
I wasn’t impressed with the front desk asking me to get permission for Saint to be seen by his parents. I was the grandmother and I gave legal custody of him. She still said I needed permission. I had to say father is in jail and mom has mental illness shouldn’t of had to tell the story. Not professional at all
The advice we got (after 1-hr wait) was totally incompetent. It looks like NP was fresh out of school, and told us that it’s up to us to decide whether to treat my daughter as if she has bacterial infection or a viral. Isn’t the treatment what I came for? Look people, I think you have to wrap this business up, and not confuse parents.
Front desk customer service was rude and not helpful at all.
I brought my child here on 2 different occasions, they did nothing.my 8 month old has green snot coming out of her nose, goop coming out of her eye, a fever, and she’s not drinking much. The NP looked in her ears and throat and listened to her lungs, no testing, nothing. I guess these days green snot is no big deal, could be infection but who cares, eventually they’ll get rid of it! I just don’t get the hype. These people literally do nothing! No advice on what to do for her or what it could be, just she’s “ok” and “it shoul... read more
