Made appointment easily online. Quickly seen by provider after check in and paying our copay. Urinalysis was done on premise and sent electronically for review. Culture is pending. I appreciate how there is access to testing so adequate treatment can be rendered. On antibiotics already. Order was ready for pick up once we got to the pharmacy.

The doctor we saw was great! At first, no testing was going to be done, but as soon as I mentioned an additional symptom, the doctor knew immediately what to test for. The test ended up positive like she thought. We did have a long wait time, but we were a walk in. The staff was all friendly and accommodating.

Very busy Sunday night and they only had one doc. Offered telehealth visit which worked out great. The telehealth provider was wonderful. Kudos to staff who remained friendly and helpful in a tough situation
