We had such a great experience. We brought my son in for a high fever and the staff shortly realized it was an infection from a splinter I didn't even know he had. The doctor worked quickly and efficiently to get the splinter out while the nurses were so caring and patient with my son. They brought him a lollipop, snack and juicebox and assisted in helping him get his meds down. What was a scary situation I felt the staff there took extra great care of us and I was so impressed.

Waited almost three hours to be seen by a doctor for all of 5 minutes. Other people who came after me were being called in before me. The next day I went to pick up my sons prescription but it was never called in. I had to call back the office and ask for it to be called in and then wait at the pharmacy for it to be filled. Whole experience was extremely unprofessional.

The doctor didn’t do a full evaluation of my daughter. We ended up having to go to another urgent care where they did a full examination and actually diagnosed her correctly. Don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

It’s bad enough that you wait forever at PM Pediatrics.. However, this time the doctor barely examined my daughter- in fact he never even checked her ears and she woke up the morning after with an angry red ear. Total waste of time! I want the $30 copay back! Whet a joke
