The nurse and person at the front desk went above and beyond what they had to do to help my grandson be seen. They were not only helpful, but kind as they helped navigate through the issue. The PA was great and all made us feel welcome and that we were in a place that cared about not only good healthcare, but exceptional customer service. Thank you!

The doctor was extremely kind and gentle with my child, and spoke directly to her so that she felt safe and seen. Facility was nice and clean.

We had a great experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well organized. The nurse was incredibly patient with my daughter, and the PA was supportive, gentle, and very kind throughout our visit. This was our first time there, and we were pleasantly impressed. The team was very friendly as always when we come in was in and out of there pretty quickly the provider was great she asked both myself and my child questions and explained very thorough on what my child was experiencing so that my child and myself understood. She made the visit very personal by engaging with my child at a very professional and friendly manner.

Came for a follow up on a school injury where I was told multiple different things happened & was rest assured from your great staff overall. Great pt engagement and phenomenal hospitality all the way from Bianca & Taylor at the front desk, to Mrs. Cindy.
