I had an excellent experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. The physician assistant who treated my child was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made both me and my child feel comfortable and at ease. From start to finish, this was hands down the best urgent care experience. Candace answered all my questions prior to coming [my poor guy had a head laceration] and Bianca our nurse was so so sweet. Then throw in Dr. Pittman who was so encouraging and gentle with my boy-- beyond grateful doesn't begin to explain the relief and ease we felt as we were leaving. Also, we didn't have to wait which was a nice surprise too.

Such a great experience during a stressful time. I have 2 children under 4 one that was feeling ill and another that was very energetic child. Not only did the staff help diagnose what my daughter had, but also was attentive to my son who just wanted attention. The staff was so patient and gentle with my children and they really made us feel cared for. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support.

The 3 star is because the two ladies at front (black nice lady and the white nice lady/ nurse), was super nice and friendly and friendly with my 6 yr old sick autistic nephew.. he loved the snacks and toys and lollipops and sticker. Very impressed with the girls up front tho. I was hesitant to go back because my last incident (different staff)… But my not giving 5 star, guy dr, talked real nice but when giving Tylenol in syringe, he was pushing too fast twice and also with it being nasty and my nephew gag refluxes, he thro... read more

The nurse and person at the front desk went above and beyond what they had to do to help my grandson be seen. They were not only helpful, but kind as they helped navigate through the issue. We had a great experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well organized.
