Have taken my three children here regularly. Many times, I have had good experiences, but this last one was just great. Loving the new management and everyone that work in the Apopka office genuinely interested in my child's wellbeing. They can always make the kids smile (even with high fevers) and always follow up on their wellbeing.
Everyone was phenomenal! Front desk staff, Dr. Pittman, Nurse Jacqueline..thank you all for your help and amazing attention. They were wonderful with my baby girl from arrival to the time we left. What a hidden gem this urgent care was for us!
You gave my kid a diagnosis of ear infection and he got worse and we went to emergency room and it wasn’t a ear infection.
