Good, careful team
From beginning to end, the staff took care of our boys. They weren't feeling well and had fever. We were greeted with a smile and quickly checked in and called back. Lorna at the front was great! Informed us how long the wait would be. We got called back quickly by Trish and she assured the boys they are okay and will feel better soon. I appreciate everyones help and showed sympathy, were caring, and reassured us we were in good hands. Thank you all for everything! Great Team!
The medical office is the best! They are quick to see patients and the online appointment process is SO easy. The doctors and nurses really care and it is for this reason that I take them baked treats whenever I can. They are the best.

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care center with my baby. We went in because he had a fever, general discomfort, and wasn’t eating. I mentioned that he had been touching his ear, and the doctor (Stefani Stratton) looked at him for less than a second “literally” and immediately said it was an ear infection.
