I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care center with my baby. We went in because he had a fever, general discomfort, and wasn’t eating. I mentioned that he had been touching his ear, and the doctor (Stefani Stratton) looked at him for less than a second “literally” and immediately said it was an ear infection. Horrible service! Office in St Cloud, Florida. I took my daughter Alyson Ortiz. They took the money from insurance and additional money from me and the Doctor did nothing to her. They did not take any test on her or anything. They did not prescribe any medication not even something simple to help her with the congestion. The doctor said just to go to Walgreens and buy for her something that I was already doing for her. She still having fever, her throat hear and headache.
