I had a Very good interaction with Doctor James, he answered all my questions and was very good with my daughter. Everyone was really patient and I never felt rushed. This is my third time using them for sick visits when her primary doesn’t have availability. I love it here every time .

Our child was so sick with a fever of 104.4. PM Pediatrics saw our child quickly and addressed the illness. My child also had an issue with the medication prescribed and the next day the provider addressed our needs quickly. Also the medical assistant that helped us was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name. I think it was Morgan. She was so caring and thoughtful to our little one. She did everything to try and help provide comfort and care to our little one. This is my very first time EVER going to an urgent care and receiving this type of treatment. Upon my arrival with my son, I was greeted by Shania with the most amazing smile. She took the time to explain the process to me and was very kind. While my son was in the room waiting, she came in to check on us and offered snacks. The medical assistant Morgan, was an Angel. My first visit with my son as a walk in for an eye issues. From arrival to check out was about 25 minutes in total. This amazed me. I loved the check in process which was by phone. I felt relieved and the staff took that worry away and allowed me to worry about my sons care. I am truly happy I found this awesome urgent care away from home.

It was a good experience the provider seemed pretty knowledgeable about my son’s issue. It was a pretty quick appointment we were in and out and the script was sent to the pharmacy by time we left. This urgent care is always my go to when my son is sick definitely beats going to the ER highly recommend.

I’m so grateful for the clinic open nights and weekends. It’s hard to make an appointment for our regular doctor that having this as an alternative helps so much. Specially for little kids that needs to see a doctor fast.
