I love the attention and focus on my child. I’ve been to pediatric centers before and they weren’t as attentive to my child; the visit was just a normal visit. I truly appreciated everyone’s attention to my child. Even the help when I just walked in at the front desk was patient, understanding, and calm. I truly appreciated this visit.

My son got HFM the nurses and PA were super nice and the PA answered any questions about it without making me feel bad about the situation and that’s something i genuinely appreciate as a first time mom. The atmosphere of the workers were pleasant they were all making jokes with us to make light of the situation and again great environment of people.

We have noticed since they had a change and employees and doctors that they have been so attentive so awesome answering all our questions in our concerns and helping us get our daughter better. We are really happy with the new staff.

I had a Very good interaction with Doctor James, he answered all my questions and was very good with my daughter. Everyone was really patient and I never felt rushed. This is my third time using them for sick visits when her primary doesn’t have availability. I love it here every time .

Our child was so sick with a fever of 104.4. PM Pediatrics saw our child quickly and addressed the illness. My child also had an issue with the medication prescribed and the next day the provider addressed our needs quickly. Also the medical assistant that helped us was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name. I think it was Morgan. She was so caring and thoughtful to our little one. She did everything to try and help provide comfort and care to our little one. This is my very first time EVER going to an urgent care and receiving this type of treatment. Upon my arrival with my son, I was greeted by Shania with the most amazing smile. She took the time to explain the process to me and was very kind. While my son was in the room waiting, she came in to check on us and offered snacks. The medical assistant Morgan, was an Angel. My first visit with my son as a walk in for an eye issues. From arrival to check out was about 25 minutes in total. This amazed me. I loved the check in process which was by phone. I felt relieved and the staff took that worry away and allowed me to worry about my sons care. I am truly happy I found this awesome urgent care away from home.
