Service was excellent, we felt like we knew the doctor from before. She was sweet, asked a lot of questions, and was able to prescribe antibiotics for my 2.5 year old and give us home remedies advice on how to help him get better fast! Nice and efficient. Thank you we will use this clinic in the future for sure.

It took way longer than usual this time. Is normally really quick to get us in and have my child checked this time it took more than an hour and it wasn't really that full. Not sure what happened.
Waited 2.5 hours with an appointment… with a crying kid… not a good combo. Then only 5 minutes with the provider… does not make you feel like a valued patient. You guys need to get wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more efficient.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Made an appointment for 1215, it was the first available appointment. It’s not 1:30 and there are still 3 patients ahead of me. Why bother making an appt if you’re going to take walk ins ahead of me? But definitely take my money before you tell me you’re running behind! Great job guys.

Had an appointment. When we arrived there was no other patients in the waiting area and one car in the parking lot. We waiting in the waiting room for 50 minutes while nurses were at computers on their phones etc. my 2 year old was getting very cranky and impatient. Once we were roomed the doctor didn’t listen to my concern looked at my daughter and said she would prescribe her a new cream. The doctor was in the room for all of 4 minutes.
