Love the convenience. I have a chronic illness and take quite a few prescriptions. I was having a hard time keeping track of it all (the meds were due for refills at different times) and often ended up running out. Pocket Pills has been such a relief for me. It's been a huge burden off my shoulders.
Great staff. Very helpful. Web App is absolutely atrocious though. Cant click on a pharmacy to transfer from without PP automatically taking all prescriptions without any type of confirmation.

Disappointed about the packaging, based off of images on the website I thought I was receiving my medications in pill pouches not bottles. Was also a bit frustration with the fact I had to reach out and question why my order wasn’t shipped and learned it was apparently I had questions to answer but no one reached out to me. I was informed that contact was made but I did not receive any text messages. However, I was very impressed with how fast the shipping was.
Its a bit early to review the full experience...so far so good. The only issue I had when my insulin came in a huge box with LOTS of packaging and ice because it requires to be kept cold. I thought this was little over the top, given it came here from not too far away.
