The whole experience with you guys has been great. The pharmacist I talked to over the phone explained everything about the medication and answered my questions. And, the medication delivered to me very fast as well.
The experience was very good. However, there appeared to be some discrepancies especially in text messages meaning that frequently I would respond but the person texting me back had no idea what my response was to the previous person and so on. That was a bit frustrating to say the least !
I was going to switch over to PocketPills for my medication but had a pickup pending army pharmacy. Wound up needing to self-isolate and had three days worth of pills left. The folks I dealt with at PocketPills went out if their way to get my prescription transferred over to them, filled and delivered next day. Incredible! Truly went above and beyond to help me.
