Very professional and fast service!
I switched from Save-On-Foods Pharmacy because there was always an issue with my Rx. They never called to say meds were ready or they couldn't find my prescriptions when it was ready. Found Pocketpills and the difference is night and day. Pharmacist follows up via text right away and they send reminders if I am due for refills. App is great and seamless. They bill my insurance without issue and best of all its delivered fast. Love it.
I like the ability to communicate in a variety of ways phone/text/email and when I had an issue it was addressed right away and resolved amicably.

So far, I am quite pleased with the service that is offered at pocket pills, but I do have a few suggestions. Is there an incentive program in place for referring new customers? And do you not send a sheet with a picture of each pill, that identify's what each pill is? It would be helpful! Thank you so very much!!! It certainly makes my situation easier.
