I love it so far. They text you the amount, then text when they charge, then text when they ship. They are fantastic!. Answer all my questions clear and concise through text or phone. They do all the work for you when transferring refills.

Overall I was very hesitant to use pocket pills. I have personally had a lot of frustration with pharmacies and I just assumed this would not be any different but, I was completely wrong. Pocket pills is amazing, super user friendly and I have had a much better experience than a regular in person pharmacy. Also sorry FREE SHIPPING I mean what else do I need in life. Thank you pocket pills!

Very personalized experience. Having customer service call me to remind me about what I needed to do to be set up as a first time customer was amazing. So much easier than the (usually) unfriendly and impersonal trip to a pharmacy!

The service of Pocketpills is wonderful ! They really genuinely trying to help their customers. If there is a way to give more than 5 stars, I would. In all the emails they address themselves as Pocketpills Care Team except in one email it was Pharmacy Assistant Sumaiyah. So I will say the entire team gives exceptional service !
