Transferring my prescriptions from my former pharmacy was easy. I was lead by the hand by your helpful, friendly staff with regards to my first prescription delivery by you folks. It was a great experience. Thank you.
Getting set up was abit for me as I’m not IT savvy But going further I think it will be great!
Expectations created by marketing material were not quite met. Vitamin pack took one week to process and there are no details available on pill strengths or ingredients, so not a useful service for me. Prescription refill was quicker (but I was told it could take 10 days). Since vitamin pack was customized and prepared in daily doses, I wonder why prescription medications aren't included in the same packs?
Loving it. Pharmacist seem to make terrible managers based on every pharmacy that I’ve walked into. They are all poorly operated, inefficient, full of disgruntled employees. This has not at all what I have experienced with Pocket Pills. I’m so pleased to never have to wait around in pharmacies for prescriptions that are hours late or deal with grouchy employees. Was looking for pharmacy with delivery and pocket pills met all expectations
Pocketpills was first recommended by my company so I decided to give it a try. I was quite happy with the service until I added my mom's profile and now I absolutely love it. I simply can't live without it! Incredible customer and overall service!! I would give you 6 stars if I could.
I am thoroughly impressed by the kindness and dedication every single person at PocketPills displayed. My situation was particularly complicated and not once did anyone make me feel like a bother. I’m happy to have found this service and am spreading the word to friends!
Call with the doc was quick and efficient. Prescription was quickly filled, order was fulfilled and delivered the next day with live updates from the pharmacist via text. Will order again.
So far really good. The packaging is so handy and everything is great. First order has already saved me money so glad I found you.
