From start to finish the process of having Pocketpills fill my prescription for the first time as a new customer was flawless and completely transparent, efficient, and timely. Loading down my prescription simply set into motion every possible step for completely filling my prescription and getting it to my doorway. Their system however is cell phone based however making the absence of a PC based platform a bit tricky to use.

Fantastic experience signing up and receiving my first prescription. The two phone calls I had were extremely informative and I truly felt taken care of. I was able to ask even the smallest question and received a great answer that made me feel better. Couldn’t recommend this enough.
Everything went very nice, no waiting for delivery and arrive in a timely manner.
The transfer process was seamless even after I put it on hold to accommodate my old pharmacy. I spoke with a pharmacist and we went over all my prescriptions to make sure they were correct. Then I was concerned they would be delivered on time but they were delivered by fedex exactly when they said it would be.
