Generally a good experience, will continue to use for now. Delivery and coverage is handy, one less thing for me to do. Auto-refill reach-out to my Dr. is handy, when applicable. Considerations for improvement: - option for sign-on-delivery... i.e., avoid risk of medications getting swiped from doorstep - supplements section could use a lot more detail, e.g., precise form of supplements being used, brand/generic, capsule/pill/suspension/powder, etc.
Pocketpills made it very easy to move away from my current pharmacy. After filling out the transfer form, plus a phone call to confirm meds, the process just happened. I moved from my local pharmacy because it was taking too much of my effort to ensure that prescription was received, filled, and then to get there during open hours. Since COVID, pharmacies are understaffed and I took on more work to ensure that my prescriptions were filled as required. I don't have to do this with Pocketpills - it's delivered to me.

Great service, fast and easy to fill prescriptions. I would appreciate being given a window of time to expect delivery - on the day my medications were to be delivered I stayed home all day in order to ensure I would be there to collect it and they did not arrive until quite late in the evening. Having a window would allow for me to go out if required and not worry I'm going to miss a delivery.
